A reading with Dr Guruchander will allow you to

1. Assess the problem
   Dr Guruchander will evaluate the implications of karmic pattern's inherited from past lives as well as negative developmental pattern's creating pain presently in the client's life and make recommendations for eliminating the patterns using Kundalini yoga and meditations

2. Set specific goals for you to achieve
   Take the client through a self-evaluating process of what new patterns to develop and replace the old, destructive patterns with new life skills developed through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditations

3. Identify tools to allow you to increase your success
   Advise the use of an altar, affirmations, and Feng Shui practices to establish the new changes in the client's subconscious and behavior pattern's

4. Identify how you can recognize when you have given yourself permission to be the person you have set out to become
   Help the client create realistic measurable goals for inner and outer development in their lives and a process to confirm when those goals are manifested
